Purpose of product useThe FXGC-A-210 is a GROUND SAFETY SYSTEM designed to reliably prevent static electricity from accumulating when oil or gas is transferred to a transport vehicle or from a vehicle to a ground container
within a dangerous area.
The description of static electricity generated when oil or gas is moved is as follows.Electrostatic generation occurs due to friction between molecules when moving oil or gas, and charged molecules continue to be directly discharged to the ground without being easily discharged to the ground because oil or gas is electrically nonconductive.Thus, when the charged oil or gas is transferred to the transport vehicle or ground container, the container itself is also charged by static electricity.
If the container is not properly grounded at this time, electricity may flow to the conductor in the container, and in this case, a spark shall occur. If a danger would be created in the container, a risk of explosion can be occurred.
Such a situation occurs without any sound, light, smell, or feeling in advance.
In order to prevent this in advance, a device that monitors the electrical grounding is always required when moving oil or gas, and for this purpose, the GROUND SAFETY SYSTEM is used.
◎ Structure of product
The GROUND SAFETY SYSTEM consists of grounding detection device designed as intrinsically-safe, grounding indicator lamp and pump or interlock contact point that controls the operation of valve. These devices are EPOXY-MOLDED in ENGINEERING PLASTIC BOX and MOLDING BOX and TERMINAL contact points are placed in a pressure-resistant explosion-proof box to promote explosion-proof safety
◎ Prohibitions
•Opening is prohibited during electricity supply.
•When replacing accessories, replace them after disconnecting power and maintaining safety.

•This product must be constructed, inspected and checked by qualified professionals with electricity license.
•Please connect the GROUND CLAMP to the tank lorry before grounding working in a situation where an explosive atmosphere has not been created due to gas vapor.
